Powdercoating is
in many ways the Cadillac of protective steel coatings.
After fabrication is complete, the steel is abrasive
blasted to clean it and prepare the surface for coating. The
premium coating carries a 20 year manufacturer's warranty. This process is more expensive,
but there is a savings over paint in reduced maintenance
costs, and the client has a wide variety of colors,
textures, and finishes to choose from.
Here are
some examples of powdercoated steel, installed
onsite.
